All wines ferments on stainless steel tank, whites on the lee and the reds with parts of whole cluster
Aging
Whites stainless steel tank on the lee, some parts in older oak. The reds in concrete or older oak. The Attis Mar ages for 6 months at 12 meters depth in the Atlantic Ocean.
