Grüner Veltliner 65%, Riesling 15%, Traminer 7%, Gemischter Satz 3%, Zweigelt 5% & Pinot noir 5%
Fermentation
Selective hand picking in October, skin contact for 3 to 12 hours, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 19-22°C or in 2500L Oak barrels, maturation on the fine yeast (sur lie) for 3 to 10 months.
